International and EU Shipping

We offer international shipping on all our products, please contact us for a tailored quote to your specific location if your country does not appear in the shipping drop down box at checkout. Any custom or import charges on items shipped outside of the UK will be taken on by the customer. All EU deliveries will be (DAP) Delivered At Place also known as (DDU) Delivered Duty Unpaid. 

 

When will I receive my Item
We aim to send out all items within 5 working days of placing the order if for any reason this may take longer we will contact you via email.
Please inspect your purchase on arrival, in the event that your item is damaged please notify us immediately. However once an item has left our premises it becomes the ultimate responsibility of the shipping company to reimburse you for any damage caused.

Vintage and Antique Items

All vintage and antique items are unique pieces and will not come back into stock. Each item is not in a new condition and we are should be expected appropriate to the age of the piece. The description given for each item shown on the site is for guidance only. Customers should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of such descriptions and that the item they are ordering is actually the item they require before placing an order. please contact us at customerservice@matthewwilliamson.co.uk with any further condition questions. We take great care to ensure all of our descriptions are correct and that any damages or marks beyond normal wear and tear are stated in the description and it is priced accordingly. We do love our pieces to be individual and show their  character  and in many cases the wear of the product can add to its appeal. On the purchase of any electrical items further testing should be taken on by the customers electrical advisor.​

Returns

All items are returnable within 5 days of delivery please contact customerservice@matthewwilliamson.co.uk 
We offer returns for all of our online products within 5 days of delivery, however all postage costs will be taken on by the customer and the item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. .​ All items must be returned undamaged within 7 days of purchase. Refunds can only be made if the item supplied does not meet the description given on the website or if the item has previously unspecified damage to it. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@matthewwilliamson.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification": this includes all bespoke custom orders placed on the website
Are there any charges for returns?
There are no charges for return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working day
